HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARIA! This is the second part of your birthday present.
This sorbet flavor was inspired by Vosges ‘Le Chocolat En Rose’ Truffles (not that I have tasted these, but they look and sound amazing) and this recipe is an adaptation of the Chocolate Porter Sorbet recipe, using Rosa Regale sparkling wine and a dash of rosewater.
