I received a challenge recently to make a Grape Ice Cream that doesn’t taste like artificial grape flavor. It seems that REAL Grape ice cream is rare. I wanted to make a sorbet first so here is David Lebovitz’s very simple and wonderful recipe.  I used a mixture of seedless Thomcord grapes and red grapes and some Merlot wine.
